DIRECTION NEEDS A TARGET, NOT A HOPE
Hoping for improvement is not direction.Wishing for change is not direction.Dreaming about a better life is not direction.
Direction requires a target — something clear, measurable, and non-negotiable.
A Corvalian without a target is a blade without a point.
Targets turn movement into progress. Targets create accountability. Targets prevent drift.
Choose a target that matters enough to pull you forward.
Exercise (4–5 minutes)
Write one target for April.Make it specific:
“Lose 2kg”
“Save £300”
“Read 4 chapters”
“30 workouts”
“Reach 20 sales”
“Complete the first draft”
One target. One direction.
Direction Question
“Is my target clear enough to hit?”
Action Step
Move one inch toward your target today.
Evening Check-In
What target shaped my behaviour today?
